Lincoln Peak Properties manages 11 Condominium Associations in the Sugarbush area and several private vacation homes.   We provide fiscal, administrative, and maintenance services. We offer 24 hours a day 7 days per week emergency response for over 300 customers.

Lincoln Peak Properties can provide Project Management for anything from fixing a gutter to remodelling your home. We have adminstrative staff on duty 5 days a week from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM who would be happy to answer questions.
